Sales Development Representative

An SDR at Honestly is in charge of:
– Acquisition of new enterprise customers in the DACH region
– Design and run outbound campaigns to generate new leads
– Qualify leads by building rapport with all levels of stakeholders ( including HR-Directors, C-Level, Heads of People & Culture)
– Turn leads into product demos & high quality meetings with our account executives
– Partner with other teams to try out new ways of generating demand
Our ideal candidate brings:
– Ability to sell in German and work in an English-language environment
– 2+ years of sales experience in the HR-Services market or in B2B Software/SaaS
– The ability to understand customer needs and tailor your approach to
– A constant desire to learn and improve yourself and your skill constantly
– A structured and data-driven work style that makes you efficient and effective
